One of the most popular autumn products is definitely the chestnut! In our mountains there is no shortage of chestnut groves and on the Sibillini, in the Montemonaco area, there are several! We will spend the morning picking chestnuts and then make, after a lunch with local delicacies, an easy and suggestive excursion along the Montemonaco Nature Trail through the woods in the midst of foliage! Visit to the Museum of the Sibyl between stories and legends of the Sibillini. Program: Morning: free collection of chestnuts in a private chestnut grove, the cost is based on the quantity of chestnuts harvested. Lunch at the Monti Azzurri Restaurant with a complete menu with typical dishes based on chestnuts or free packed lunch in the center of Montemonaco (also available for purchase on site) Afternoon: visit to the Sibyl Museum and excursion along the Nature Trail. Transport: own vehicles.
